Good morning! Did everybody remember to spring forward? This time change doesn't seem to bother me as much as falling back for some reason.
Well, as you can see, I've gotten a new animation program. Of course, now I have to play with it so letters will be falling all over both of my journals. If you like it, feel free to snag it, as always.
My BF is all moved into the new place. It's so lovely. Sprint hasn't come to hook his telephone up yet. He is probably almost the last person in the world not to have a cell phone. Stubborn... I worked OT yesterday and stopped on my way home to call Sprint for him. They will be there no later than Monday at 7 pm. I was getting testy but he said it didn't matter.
My carpet is being installed Thurs. evening. The mother called and said the carpet installer was in jail. Lord have mercy, I would have made any excuse but that. This is a highly reputable place. LOL...was he going to case the joint while he was here? Rots of Ruck... My BF is coming over today to rip out the old carpet so I have to put it in high gear and get everything that I can out of here.
He was sick last night with flu-like symptoms. I'm thinking it's just the stress of all that has gone on this week. He is going to work on Monday and working until the end of April. It's best for his pension. He will definitely walk out with dignity.
I have some pics of Becky's Birthday bash on Joey's camera. I'll put them up later today or tomorrow. He has to download them. Joey was "DD". Megan showed up and got in without an ID. Things a mom loves to hear. Joey drank Coke all night because he was guarding his sisters. Another friend of his did, too. It seems some older men were coming on pretty strong to both my girls so brother and friends were guarding them. I love that kid of mine. He's so protective. I'm glad he was there. He took Megan back to Duquesne. His friend stayed with Becky and took her home, sticking by her side constantly. I'm very glad Becky rarely drinks. I would worry because she is very naive.
I did call the sewer authority on Friday. The house down the street was having a house inspection. One of the main connectors in the middle of the street was malfunctioning so they were having everybody put dye in their toilets to try and determine which connector it was. I also found out that the line protection for the sewer is coming from the water co. I knew that but didn't give it much thought. They told me that in very, very fine print it says to check with your own sewer authority to see if their fix is code with your township, etc. It isn't with mine. The water co. covers 35 counties in Pa. Right now my sewer authority has no line protection so I'll just pray on this one because many of my neighbors have had problems with the sewage lines. Big expense that I really don't want to even think about.
Have a great Sunday! It's sort of chilly and dreary here but the weather has been lovely.
