Actually my BF's official retirement day is tomorrow. He will process out (that cracks me up; we never processed out before) and probably only work half a day tomorrow. The office actually came through and had a lovely retirement continental breakfast for him. It was very nice. Of course I have some pictures. I won't bore you with many since you don't know the people any way.
My BF is in the middle between our two managers formerly referred to as Division Chief and Asst.
And, of course, I had to get in a shot...and, of course, I had a bad hair day. Seems like I always have bad hair days at work but my BF is looking so much more relaxed than he has in so long that I didn't care that I wasn't looking up to snuff. My head was still pounding a bit but the headache is slowly going away. As long as I keep my eyes off those spastic tinks up there...yikes, they are enough to give me a major headache watching them.
We went to lunch with five close friends at a place called August Henry's. I had one of the best steak salads I've ever had. The food and company were just the best ending for a long and wonderful career for my BF.
I had to use bad girl tink tonight because I was feeling a tad bit like a naughty girl today but behaved. Ate like a total hog. Even after the big lunch, I was still picking at danishes and brownies....grrrrr
I am trying to get some journal reading done but have to get to bed. I'm really tiring myself out with all the OT plus moving Megan's stuff this weekend. Nite to all....I'll be playing catch up once again.

Chris, I never get bored looking at your pictures. Your BF looks happy to be leaving. :) You look great! I hope that nasty headache goes away soon. Please get some rest. I know it`s been such a long week for you. It`s nice to hear you enjoyed the lunch and that the company was good.
