It's 5:30 everyone and I'm getting to run out the door to work OT today. My thankful thing today is my son.
He was hypnotized three months ago and quit smoking for two days until my puffing tempted him. My son went with a guy he was working with. This fellow hasn't touched a cigarette since then
It's guaranteed and is held at our local Radisson every three months. $40 up front and you can keep going back for free until it works. My family doctor and gyne have both highly reccommened this to me.
So.....December 11th is another session. My son is going back and this time so am I. Three months ago I had no desire to do it. This time I'm determined. And, I'm realizing that I'm one of those individuals who probably won't succeed cold turkey.
The session I'm attending at work also discussed the many options that help those who can't succeed cold turkey. So, I am becoming armed and prepared and totally determined to kick this nasty habit. I also want my money in my jar to increase beyond the $8.00 I've collected so far..........

Well Iwish you the best of luck, I quit cold turkey becouse I didn't have the money to buy them any more, and I wasn't gonna spend 3 or 4 hundred on the patch and all that other crap. The human will is a lot stonger then people give it credit.
